"I had a wonderful stay! Great location a quick walk to the beach, and the hosts had all kinds of beach gear available to borrow. Communication with the hosts was responsive and friendly. Would love to visit again"

"First the good: location was just a 5min walk to Don Quixote, short drive (8min) to the cruise port and close to lots of bus stops. The staff was friendly and was able to accomodate our request for a late check out. They offered $5 breakfast that was quite hardy and tasty. Now the bad: This was rated as a 3 star hotel so I expected it to be on par with a Hampton Inn. Especially since the pictures made the place look quite decent and it has good reviews. Instead this felt closer to a motel. There is no AC in the lobby, also there isn't a front desk staff 24/7 (so just be aware if you are coming in between hours of midnight and let's say 6am). The rooms were fitted with a window AC, so while it did have AC, the AC was really loud and didn't keep the room to a very consistent temperature nor did it reduce any humidity. And as someone who doesn't handle humidity or heat, this was definitely an issue. While the room looked clean when I first got in, I found a cockroach on my bed! I was so freaked out I barely slept. Luckily we were only there for 1 night before heading to a cruise, otherwise I would have looked to move to better lodgings."

"Beautiful location with well stocked kitchen. The house only has one bedroom with air conditioning which made for some hot nights Overall a great place Biggest issue was the dryer was not working which we were not aware of until we washed clothes so with a full house of people it was hard to dry towels and clothes. Management sent a drying rack and we borrowed some rope to hang things out however the towels were horrible this way. "

"Our family of 4 absolutely LOVED our week here. Location cannot be beat! The amenities were as described and the murphy bed in the main living area was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a quick instruction guide for renters (operation of blinds, kitchen items, where the washer and dryer are located and how to operate, etc) We figured most everything out but took some trial and error. The property owner was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again. It's our favorite beach and town and hike in Hawaii!"
