"Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The WIFI was not good all the time. I had to use my data from my cell phone daily so I could use my iPad. It was convenient to us the public transit as the hotel is on the route to the airport & Diamond Head."

"Couldn’t be happier with the room quality size and cleanliness however amenities were a whole other story. The dining available in the hotel was great but we didn’t frequent the cafe after our first time as the staff were so rude and unfriendly. Furthermore we were told we could not order a drink and take it up to our room which seemed insane (we wanted mimosas in our room while getting ready for our wedding) no room service available despite the website mentioning it. Staff clarified and told us NO. with these things alone I would have chosen another hotel all together."

"Hello, we just checked into our room, and I noticed a few issues. I was about to take a shower, but the shampoo bottle is empty and there is no tissue in the bathroom. Also, the bidet on the toilet is not working. Do i asked the front desk to please send someone to refill the supplies and check the bidet"
