Remodeled from top to bottom: all travertine floors, brand new two double beds, queen-size sofa bed, 42" LCD wall-mounted TV, DVD, whisper quiet split AC system, custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful light green granite tops and high-end fixtures.

The bathroom is also remodeled with a walk-in custom travertine shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, an under-mount sink, and decor that will meet everyone's tastes.

Another great advantage is this unit still has large full closets in the bed area for those that need that extra storage space.

The large 120sf lanai has a table and chairs for that perfect lunch and/or dinner while gazing at the most beautiful sunset in the world.

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

There will be a $5 fee for any broken or missing glass, plates, or towels. If you do break something, please just leave a note with $5 for the cleaners.

Enjoyed our stay. As others have stated, the screws for the one stool kept falling out and the curtains were filthy. Was a great location. The Bus Stop was right out the doors to the building. Would definitely rent from again. Was just what we needed for our week on the island.

Amazing Stay!!

This was our first time visiting Hawaii!! This condo was perfect. Easy to check in. It had everything we needed as a family of 3. The beds were comfy. We loved hanging outside in the balcony in the evenings. Each night was a beautiful sunset. Our location was in walking distance of pretty much everything!!! We got a rental car and parked it in the parking garage next to Red Lobster. We 100% recommend this condo. We will be renting again on our next visit!!!

First Trip to Hawaii

Review by guests who stayed not who made the booking-Early check-in was appreciated after long international flight. The beds were very comfortable, AC great and view is stunning. However, the unit is tired and needs some attention-the net curtains are torn, the drapes stained on the inside and paint is peeling on the ceiling in the kitchen around the fan. Would recommend based on good value.

A Pleasant Stay

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The unit was clean and well supplied. The views from the lanai are beautiful. The online listing is a bit misleading in a sense that it makes one believe that the unit was recently renovated which is not the case (e.g. the shower floor can already use an update, one of the tables on the balcony is missing as is one of the chairs, etc.). The check in process was very smooth and easy.

Great location!

We loved our stay at the Ilikai! The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed - we were able to walk along Waikiki beach, swim in the Lagoon and Ocean, and enjoy ice cream every night downstairs at Dave’s Ice Cream! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. There was a small market downstairs at the Ilikai and an ABC store across the street, as well as a Target and Walmart within 10 min drive. And to top it off, the views were absolutely amazing from the lanai - the sunsets were gorgeous every night! Can’t wait to come back!

Family friendly stay

This was our first stay at Ilikai, the condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, had no trouble making ourselves home. Had a little difficulty finding coffee in the condo but I managed to get some from the market downstairs. The only minus would be no bathtub for my little toddler but otherwise would stay again.

Great Waikiki Condo

Great condo in a great location! This condo is located directly across the street from part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village property, and a short walk to Waikiki beach. The condo itself was clean and had full kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The owners provided a binder with very helpful information about the condo and the surrounding area. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. There are lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t even use a rental car during our stay as we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I recommend this property!
