  • The Villas at Poipu Kai is the newest and most luxurious development within Poipu Kai Resort, located on the sunny south shore of Kauai! Unit C110 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ground level luxury villa, boasting over 1,600 square feet of living space and a large lanai overlooking the beautiful Poipu Greenbelt. It has two spacious primary bedrooms, with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and an additional detached full bathroom.

    This elegant villa is located near the Poipu Greenbelt, with its paved walkway leading to some of the finest beaches on the south shore of Kauai. Take a 3 minute stroll to Brennecke’s Beach to watch the sea turtles or for some world-class boogie boarding and body surfing. Or head 5 minutes in the opposite direction for quick access to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Shipwrecks Beach. Poipu is a great home base for exploring the Garden Isle, from Waimea Canyon and Polihale on the West side to Princeville and Hanalei up North.
