"Rooms were clean, food and shops nearby are convenient, staff were helpful. However, at your website, you stated the property will be staff only from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm which makes confusion as I arrived early and were trying to leave my luggage there while I just go for my meeting but were not able to. Would suggest making it clear on your site on your staffing timing. Also, when I sent 2 emails on 2 separate time enquiring about the above issue before my flight, I did not get a response from your email which is disappointing. If I am given the reply to my enquiry, I would not have to go around with my luggage to do my work. Overall, I am satisfied but things can be better. Thanks."

"I had a very good stay at ibis Hong Kong Central The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to Sheung Wan, Central, the ferry terminal, and public transportation, which made getting around Hong Kong very convenient. The room was compact but clean and comfortable, and the harbor view was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. I also appreciated the practical touches like luggage storage and the overall value for money. If you’re looking for a well-located, reliable, no-fuss hotel in Hong Kong, this is a strong choice."

"My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives. I will recommend Rosedale Hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Hong Kong island, they deserve two thumbs up and five stars rating. 👍👍 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ "

"The front desk was ok. However the conditions of the room were horrible. There were scratches all over the furniture and the window was very dirty. The room was musky and honestly looked like a motel room."

"Loved this hotel. Everything is so easily available. Good buffet selection and great staff. Good range of restaurants and bars (£-£££), a trampoline park (2blocks away) and Victoria Park located in Causeway Bay - Tin Hau. Public transport all within walking distance. The only 3 things that we thought could have been improved is the TV channel selection, wi-fi connectivity in the rooms and a warmer swimming pool... "
