"The location is very center downtown Good. The room I got in leaked & flooded because problem from upstairs, in the middle of 1.45 am. When I was checked in they gave me a room inside the block with a refrigerator & microwave I had to push it back outside and take 15 minutes & inside the room TV was just formality only & couldn't work. No towel was provided & the lift takes down or up must be waiting for around 10-15 minutes. I'd rather use Airbnb or hotel nearby. Thanks for your perfect...

"I like the shower. Water pressure is good. The blanket and bedsheet didnt feel clean. I didnt dare to use their pillow and instead used a clean tshirt behind my head. The mattress is too soft for me. Hot water had to get from outside and room temperature water is a bit distance walk from my room. I also need to take dirty towel out each time and get a new one myself everyday. "

"Great Stays for Family !! I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"
