I want to give special recognition to Maria at the front desk; she was wonderful, helping me with my luggage and providing temporary accommodations with a smile while my room was being sorted. She is truly the best! Additionally, Karen at the front desk was always pleasant, professional, and more than willing to assist with any needs throughout my stay. The level of service provided by the staff made for a great experience."

"Was visiting from out of town for a concert (@ The Fillmore) hotel was a 7min uber drive or a 20 min walk it was in the vicinity of a college campus and there was a lot of places to eat around , and there was a seven eleven across the street. The staff was very nice and the room was clean."

"This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,"
