"I can't say enough good things about our stay! First of all the property is very central to everything in Charleston and right in the middle of many great restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was very easy to communicate with in regards to check in/out and recommendations for restaurants, etc. Parking was close by, and I would definitely book here again. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"The house is wonderfully located right on the beach, most beautiful view, clean , modern , well equipped and dog friendly. THANK YOU! We truly enjoyed our time and HIGHLY recommend it. It is so comfortable , we didn't want to go out anywhere and had all our meals on the porch but it is close to the cute town and many good restaurants. This house made our stay at Folly Beach memorable, I can't wait to return."

"This cottage was the perfect location for exploring Shem Creek and Old Village, walking Pitt street, plus restaurants basically across the street. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to beaches and into the city. It was a bonus being able to bring our dog. The courtyard in the back was fenced in and private even though there is another cottage that shares the yard. We will definitely be back."

"Place was great with a lot of character. Close to the beach and Center St. We weren't there for the bar scene but that didnt get in our way. We could hear the bands but they werent disruptive. Sprial stair case is not for everyone (including our 35 lb dog). Great place."

"If you want somewhere quiet but close to the Charleston area, then Mount Pleasant is the place to stay. This Town House is well equipped with nice beds, well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable lounge area. Downsides? We did feel left out as locals use golf carts to get around the immediate area rather than their cars and being from the UK, we would have appreciated a kettle but this are small issues and shouldn't detract from the overall scoring."

"This was a great property to stay. Very quiet and clean. The t.v. Was set high up on the wall and for us the main bedroom the mattress was very firm. But everything was new and clean. An amazing backyard and kitchen"
