About this property

Beach Cottage minutes from the islands, shops, parks, and downtown!

  • Location, location, location! This home is located in desirable Mt. Pleasant 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Shops, restaurants, grocery store, and Target less are than a mile away. The county park is 10 minutes away with a great water park for the kids, biking on shaded trails, and fishing. We are also 15 minutes away from Shipyard Park for those coming to town for baseball tournaments.

    The house is well furnished for up to six guests with one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated. In the evenings enjoy winding down on the screened in back porch. The house is perfect for a family vacation or a quick getaway at an affordable rate. Did I mention the location? You may also rent for extended periods at a discounted monthly rate.
