"The room was clean and staff were friendly. . The rooms in the back, are quiet but overlooks to houses. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy. The hotel is way over priced at over $300 a night. The location is really bad, there are a couple of restaurants that are not the best and there is nothing to see walking distance. When going to downtown you have to go thru a really bad area with sidewalks full of homeless and drugged/drunken people. I definitely would not recommend."

"This is a boutique hotel with 32 rooms with an excellent staff. All rooms are on 2nd floor and requires you to climb stairs to get to your room. Street noise and weekend live music can be disturbing. There are homeless people roaming streets. Close to several Vancouver attractions. Clean, convenient with restaurant and bar off lobby and transportation easy to access."
