"Although the room was very clean I must say that it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in! The hotel is centrally located and near everything. I noticed a lot of transient activity in front that made my family a bit uncomfortable! For the money there are much better hotels in the area!! 7/10"

"Had a great stay at the Chelsea Savoy - it had everything we could ask for such as an elevator, luggage storage when we arrived too early, easy access to 2 subway stops, and plenty of space in our room. My only complaint is that their windows should be a little more soundproof, the shower would make a high-pitched squeal if it was on for too long, and there was one morning where maintenance was being done and it was super noisy. Besides those notes, I’d probably return to this hotel again."

"Didn’t realize there was construction that was sometimes loud… the ac was just as loud and elevator situation was abismal but the room was nice just loud AC when you’re trying to sleep"

"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."
