I booked with you not the resort, so I depended on your knowledge of the resort amenities. I blame you for this misinformation, not the resort. "Found this property after a few day search for other VRBO’s. We contacted Wendy to inquire about the listing and to ask about a large family. We have 5 kids plus us two adults. Wendy was very accommodating and assisted with getting an extra bed for our 7th person. After a long day of travel it was refreshing to get into the property with no issues. Very clear instructions from the host. We did rent a vehicle from the airport for ease of exploring the island. It would be nice if the parking area was a bit easier to get into, instead of having to open and close a gate. We asked about the parking and Wendy advised us that the parking lot right at the back door is a good place to use as well. We parked our vehicle in the parking lot for the entire trip. The area was fantastic, the weather was beautiful. If we had any issues Wendy was very quick to respond to our questions or requests.beautiful. "
