"All rooms face the water, the deck, pool and bar were great and it is just a few steps to the water with the breakwater rocks close by creating a protected area that you can swim out of into open water. Michelle gave a great rum tasting for 15 of us on Wednesday morning (!) complete with sing a long. One of the best things about Soco is that it is at the end of the boardwalk, perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks along the water."

"The room was fine, clean etc. we did have an issue with the door lock, it wouldn’t unlock, but fortunately the hotel staff came to the rescue and repaired the door lock. The features were fine and we had no complaints. This is my favorite Barbados hotel, and when I return next time the Accra will be my first choice."

"Room was clean, we chose to only have service twice on our 11 day stay. Our room attendant, I think her name was June, was very attentive, and always gave us extra towels, & dishcloths, TP etc. to get us through until we wanted the room cleaned. We had a deluxe studio, which fit our needs, but 1 thing, the bathroom was basically a walk in, back out. It was very small, if you wanted to close the door to take a shower, you had to back up to the toilet to close it. We are average size people, both under 175 pounds. Anyone larger than 200 pounds would have difficulty getting into the shower. The kitchen was basic, but it served it's purpose. We only cooked light breakfasts & sometimes a grilled sandwich. Wifi was pretty good, a little slow, but it served it's purpose. All in all, we were happy with our accommodations. "
