Excellent location, excellent hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here, this is (if you didn't know!) a Japanese hotel and comes with the same high standards you can expect if you are visiting their chains in Japan. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice whenever questions were asked. The rooftop pool was perfect in the warm weather and the hotel is just a short walk from excellent food and drinks (recommend 7 Bridges tap room for a good starting point!). Recommended and go for the breakfast!

Great Hotel in HCMC
Excellent clean japanese hotel… the condition of room was new and spacious… wc is japanese style n has warm seats but is a bit narrow space. Complimentary Tea and coffee n toiletries in lobby is great. Staff at reception all super helpful with food suggestions and even reservations

we really enjoyed our 8 nights stay @ this 5 mth old new hotel which is in japan town - has lots of japanese restaurants, bars, few convenience stores and few sort of massage services?? on the street close by the hotel which i would not like. Hotel was in very good condition &clean. staffs were so polite & helpful. we had housekeeping service once which was very throughout & provided plentiful supplies as requested. they removed their shoes before entering the rooms. we have been travelled for so many years & this is the only 1 that the housekeeping will not take any money in our room even its meant for them. room has enough ledges & surface counter & drawers for storage, plenty hangers, good cold fridge with little freezer compartment. excellent sound proof. the only thing is the shower/tub partial partition is short so some water splashed out, would be better with sliding partition. toilet is separated in a very small room, may be good if you travel with friends to get privacy. nice view of city on top 19th floor with swimming pool, has few new exercise machines in gym room. walking distance to downtown attractions.

Great hotel to stay in HCHC. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, amenities including a rooftop pool, in room, and gym(no weights though) . It was a typical japanese hotel (room design), only with more space. The area near the hotel has a variety of restaurants to choose from. Staff were good. The only thing i didnt like was the tv not having netflix/youtube access, but thats just a personal preference. I liked my stay here,i would stay here again if im back in HCMC.

Everything is good, except the bathtub needs the sheet to cover for the shower to keep the bathroom dry, that it may help not slide for elderly adult use. The breakfast needs to change some course for those who stayed there longer.

部屋は明るく、清掃もきっちりできて良かった。トイレはウオシユレツトが完備され、快適な時間を過ごしました。２階の居酒屋はカ―ドも使え、リ―ズナブルな価格でした。帰国時の荷物の預けがロビー橫にあり、午後8時でも引き取りができ助かりましました。次ぎも利用したいと思います。

ホテル、部屋内は清潔で設備も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフの方も丁寧に対応して頂きました。 水のペットボトルも毎日二本もらえ、冷蔵庫もあり便利でした。 開閉出来る窓がなかったのが、少し残念でしたが、このホテルを選んで良かったです。
