Nice room, Good pool although lounge chairs could use covers. excellent breakfast Great location. Only real critisim is as very popular hotel (including tours buses) at times the hotel got very busy and a little crowded in the lobby

This hotel is a group tour destination. Two crowded, elevator is frustrating, breakfast is for mass serving style, the area is with traffic congestion. Only good thing is the wide open ocean view from the room and kind staffs.

Very good hotel but starting to wear out. They don’t like using the AC in common areas gets quite warm. Great position opposite the beach. Shops, restaurants nearby. Time to up their game to remain competitive at their price. Look around for just as good but cheaper.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Manage your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The location is amazing and the price was affordable. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with the medium size selection of Vietnamese food options. The front desk staff does their best to accommodate all guest despite the language barrier. Here are my cons: the lobby is always hot, the elevators are extremely hot, and the gym is hot. I feel like the hotel is trying to conserve energy or save money so the AC doesn’t work in these areas. People smoked in the hallways (or their rooms and you could smell it in the hallways) on two separate occasions. When they say breakfast ends at 0930 they are serious, they even turn the AC off at 0930 in the breakfast area. I called the front desk from a local number asking to be transferred to a room in the hotel and I was hung up on multiple times. When I confronted them in person about the situation they apologized and said they were busy. Would I stay there again, probably not, but I did enjoy the walkability and proximity to EVERYTHING including the beach. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of taxis and Grab services in the front of the hotel.

Front desk staff Giang, Trang and Nhi was professional and helpful. I had forgotten my key card a few times and they were able to get me back into my rooms. Bell boys was helpful in watching over my golf clubs and bags while I waited for transportation.

Hotel was fine and great location. Breakfast buffet was a 3 out of 5. Don’t go during Lunar New Year week - the hotel is overbooked and hoards of people flow out of 6 elevators to have breakfast. Coffee in the breakfast cafeteria is really bad.
