Staff showed you how to use it Secondly, regarding no room available, pls be informed that you arrived at 6:00am and asked for check-in upon arrival. Receptionist offered early check-in with additional 200,000vnd but you refused. After that, you usually pushed and threaten us to leave bad review unless we don't let you check-in early for free. It's unacceptable and unfair.
