"I’ll Keep it simple, this hidden property was definitely what we were looking for as a getaway place. We didn’t want TOO FANCY but modern enough with a home feel. This nailed it. Staff were great! Cleaning was exceptional! When we go back to Ho Chi Minh, we will stay here again!"

"Hotel was ok. No complaints unlike other hotels in the area. They do daily housekeeping upon request. Some amenities was forgotten in my room like kettle, tissue box n phone. But they gave them to me upon request. Book room with balcony if you want to smoke. If you want to party, that's the area. But the area is dirty with wet potholes, Rats right outside the front of the hotel. 24 hrs Convenient store right in front across the street. N 24 hr pharmacy down the road on the right. "No hot water, lukewarm at best. Train tracks nearby so you hear the bell constantly. Reserved room with kitchenette but I had to actually ask for specific utensils/items I needed. There were ants! We were given sheets as blankets. Shampoo was a used bottle 3/4 empty. Not comfortable but the room itself was spacious. "

"Unit had an extremely cheap mattress, no sheets, bed was so hard that I could not sleep. no coffee cups or glass to drink from and had problems accessing the room due to elevator issues."
