"We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot. We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting. Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond! Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!"

"Great staff from the second we stepped onto the property. They're customer service and hospitality is above and beyond! There were little things I've noticed that made our stay feel safe at all times. The outside staff was always aware. I was inside making change with the front desk while my wife was outside waiting to pickup food delivery. I saw her near the street talking to the delivery guys and in an earshot away, i noticed the outside staff was right there assuring her safety but not being intrusive. The entire team did not disappoint. Besides the great rooms and accommodations, i really wanted to highlight the staff at this property. They make the stay that much more enjoyable!"
