Bed and living room convertible couch were comfortable (along with pillows and covers). TV had good channels. Had a chance to speak with the property manager/owner and he was very nice. He was communicative before we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. This no frills accommodation was clean, well stocked, and the AC cold! "My friends and I (grad students from NYC) were looking for a large place to stay, after a long day at Six Flags, where we could cook a potluck and chatter into the night. Shawn was very accommodating with a later check-in and check-out so that we could eat lunch and clean up the next day after getting a good night’s sleep. 100% will come again. The place was amazing and the small park nearby has an amazing view of the beach and fall leaves."

"This house couldn’t have been in a better spot for our family. We could ride our bikes to the beach, the local park and trails and there were lots of choices of restaurants within walking distance. The house itself had everything we needed. It’s a great space and all the windows let in so much light, it felt like we were actually on the water watching the boats go by. The host was very responsive, helpful and flexible. Looking forward to coming back here!"
