"For the most part the staff were very helpful. I didn't the service received at the front desk/Reception area. I feel since they the first line of service at the hotel, it sets the tone of one's stay at the hotel. Unfortunately as result of that, I have no intentions of returning to the hotel."

"A bit of a drawn out check in procedure, takes around 15 mins , parking cost £25 per night snacks are over priced bag of crisps £6.00 for soft drinks and water £3.00 . The rooms are clean and nicely laid out , the bed very comfortable and a good night’s sleep, no noise from others staying or from traffic "

"The perfect start to our holiday After a 3 hour train journey we relaxed in the bar and enjoyed a delicious meal. There was a great atmosphere in the bar which was busy but the service was very efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The automated check-in and check-out was impersonal but meant we didn't have to queue at reception to check in. We took the courtesy bus to the terminal to avoid the heavy rain - an excellent service. We left for our holiday in a relaxed mood - the perfect start to our holiday."

"Dated rooms which could use some repainting etc. No main room light, only lamps which meant the room was quite dark. Thin walls meant that music and other activities in other rooms were audible. No room safe, no iron or ironing board (unsure if this would have been available on request). However, the staff were nice and the bed was comfy enough. The hotel was competitively priced but i’d recommend it solely for its location."
