"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. "The pub itself is a lovely warm and welcoming place, the food was great value and excellent quality. We was made to feel most welcome by the landlord, staff and the lovely locals. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was large, comfortable and warm however the bathroom felt quite cramped. Overall for the cost of the room it was beginning to feel a little tired and could do with a refresh. Breakfast was included and was very nice. "

"I had a most excellent stay here. It’s a walkable distance to the Manchester Piccadilly train station and city centre. There are also many restaurants close by to choose from and a Tesco’s across the street. Not only a convenient location, it has a great coffee shop downstairs and a beautiful sitting area to hang out, check messages and enjoy the beautiful space. The wifi was also never spotty or slow.
