"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...
"This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. It's about a 45 minute train from the Nara Park, we may have booked a closer place if we'd known, but for the experience of staying at this hotel it was pretty much worth...
"This was a great place to stay. Having a private bathing time in the onsen was so great. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. It was the perfect location for access to historical sites. There was a lot of great shopping nearby as well."

"The hotel is located very near the Dotonbori and is a flat walk everywhere. Staff at check-in were very helpful and allowed is to leave our small luggages as we arrived 5 hours before check in. It allowed us to go around Namba and Umeda."
"The location is perfect! Surrounded by all the shopping, food, and entertainment. The hotel is clean, friendly and it has an eatery on the first 2 floors with restaurants if you dont feel like going to far. Will definitely stay here again"
"Staff was really friendly and hospitality was great. Room was clean and had enough room for us 4 boys. Located right next to the Shin Imamiya train station made it so easy to get around Osaka. Located near by is the Tsutenkaku tower, great place to get pictures of the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay. "
