This hotel was the perfect place to stay with kids! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting around so easy. Great location next to the market and if your children are into Godzilla, fantastic store next door! We did not take the breakfast option, but possibility to go to the roof top after breakfast service to see the view. Very good location close to all the shopping and food experience in Osaka.

I thought this hotel had decent reviews. The front desk staff is not helpful at all! I purchased breakfast for our stay when I booked the hotel (me and my 2 children) when I arrived they said I only get breakfast for 1 person and I had to purchase 2 more breakfasts for my children. My reservation on Expedia stated breakfast included! I did register 3 people when I booked the room. I don’t recommend this hotel or booking through Expedia. I’m not sure whose error this was Expedia or the hotel but I was not happy when I checked in.
