We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."

"Overall a great stay. Besides the lobby smelling like cigarettes I’m sure it could be a smoking optional hotel. The lobby is completely self check in and self checkout. The breakfast buffet was great, huge selection of food and drinks. Would highly recommend booking the breakfast when staying totally worth it! Location was convenient for transportation and tourist attractions! Good price."

"No front desk. Electronic check in but staff will come out to help if needed. Very clean hotel located in a very convenient location. Walking distance to subway/train station, to Namba where you can enjoy the food, the atmosphere and shopping. The reason why I do not rate it 5 star is the wifi is very weak. I messed up my check in because reception is so weak. Breakfast is from the freezer and you do your own microwaving. Next time when I visit Osaka, I will still consider this hotel but will buy a better data package so that I can do my own hotspot connection."

"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!"

"Amazing stay at this hotel! Everyone is so friendly. I loved the tatami mats. And used the onsen as much as possible! Very close to dotonburi. Train stations are very close. I loved my stay at this hotel and i miss being there already!"
