The fire place was lovely, gardens were overgrown which was disappointing whilst looking out the window. The outside of the property was unclean, dirty windows cobwebs, but was happy with inside . Mould on bathroom window

Good but not great
The accommodation was comfortable enough and the welcome pack was nice. Some of the surfaces needed a wipe down & some of the fittings need a touch of TLC.

A serenic, scenic and comfortable retreat
We have stayed here a number of times over the years and although the cottages are getting older, they are very comfortable in a tree surrounded location. They are self contained and provide a wonderful quiet retreat that is the perfect escape for city dwellers like ourselves. The owners are lovely and we look forward to returning for many years to come.

Way too cold. They have a heater but the seals on the doors need fixing as the cold air comes straight in to blow out the heat. A waste of power.

Pleasant, quiet location
This property is in a quiet location with an attractive outlook despite little sun in winter. The heating was good and very necessary as it was very cold when we stayed. Unfortunately the property is let down by the detail: (1) the glass table top and coffee table were very badly smeared as if they had been wiped by a dirty cloth rather than properly cleaned; (2) neither of the bathroom doors can be closed; (3) the fan in the bathroom does not appear to work; (4) the toilet door sticks badly; (5) the dining chairs were too low to sit comfortably at the table.

Nice villa
We enjoyed our stay, we turned up and the fire was on and heater on which was a nice touch. Room was spacious, the bed was great and the SPA was awesome. Would def recommend and we would happily stay here again. Only down side is that the units are joined and our neighbours were noisy and up late so we were kept up until nearly 1pm. This is not Hepburn Villas fault, just some inconsiderate neighbours.

Cosy weekend away!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hepburn Villas (Deluxe Queen Villa) over the weekend. It was a clean and cosy villa in peaceful surrounds, and completely private. It had all the amenities we needed and the welcome gift was a lovely touch. The only negative would be the bed. It was very hard, so we were a little stiff and sore after the third night. Other than that, I would say our experience was perfect!

Good location, it is in need of some maintenance spruce-up. Being double units the walls are thin and you can hear the guest in the other unit talking and coughing, rather uncomfortable.

Very welcoming and homely
We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We went to Hepburn to heal mind, body and soul and we received so much more. Our accommodation was extremely comfortable, quite, clean and had everything we could want. We wished we had booked for longer and will do so next time.

Peaceful & Picturesque
Arriving after dark we were met with lights & heaters on, and a lovely gift box with local goodies inside. The King size bed is real, none of this two beds pushed together business here! Private & quiet location, it was the perfect weekend getaway and we did not want to leave. It had a very welcoming feel, and we will definately be staying there again.

Average stay in beautiful place.
Other guest parked in our spot so had to park outside our villa and we nearly got bogged and hail damaged my car. No proper coffee for the morning - require machines with pod theses days. The bed was on the hard side, but ok. The welcome gift was a nice surprise and we enjoyed the spa and the full Foxtel package. Location was perfect.

Babymoon getaway
Nestled in lovely bush land this was the perfect 'pre baby #3' escape for hubby and I. Loved the open gas fireplace, comfy king bed, double spa bath and cosy lounge perfect for watching movies. The tasty treats in the complimentary gift box was a lovely touch. Only downside was the DVD player in the bedroom didn't work, the hot/cold in the shower was backtofront (once we figured that out we were sweet), and I presumed 'fully equiped kitchen' meant there would be an oven, so I couldn't prep some of the meals I'd have liked, but we made do with the stovetop. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely come back.

Was just an absolutely beautiful place. Everything has been done beautifully. Lots of lovely little touches we were really appreciative of - and nice and cosy! The only (little) thing that was a little difficult was the pillows were too big for our necks so we went without. It was particularly wonderful seeing the kangaroos that lived in the area as we went for our little walks. The location is perfect too... Close enough to walk to anything you need. I would without a doubt stay again. Thank you!

Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend
We were in Daylesford for a Wedding Saturday night and decided to make a long weekend of it. Very happy with the Hepburn Villas - spacious, charming and cosy with the gas log fireplace. Makes a great base for driving into Daylesford (2 mins), or walking around the mineral springs at Hepburn. Very highly recommend.

I stayed in a Queen Deluxe villa for four nights mid-week. The villas are lovely and back onto a bush reserve. The villa was spacious, comfortable and well appointed (including a full kitchen) and I thought it was exceptionally good value.

What a lovely villa! What a lovely spot! It was special to see kangaroos out the bedroom window each morning. First time staying, but would return again. Despite the rain and cold, it was a perfect way to spend our anniversary - very romantic and cozy!

Great place to stay, as villas are well equipped and spacious and off main road overlooking lovely bush setting. Great barbecue, set in beautiful garden. No wifi so complete privacy, a home away from home!

Our stay was lovely a few things needed repair the toilet door handle was falling off and the towel rail fell off while we were there as well. The cabin was set up beautifully we had a welcome pack with chocolates, biscuits and a bottle of sparkling water on arrival! Was nice and quiet with full cooking facilities!
