"We were given a surprise upgrade that blew our minds…corner balcony suite with a view that was to die for. Room was lovely and clean and perfect. Was incredible!"

"Very happy and pleased with RUI plaza Times Square. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is included. Excellent food and selections. Their Fashion Bar runs a happy hour daily from 4:00 until 8:00. PM. "

"Staff was great, room was clean but not turned over everyday. Clear water damage in hotel, incredibly loud noise early morning as well as elevator constantly having issues. Our door handle was also poorly kept and difficult to open"

"This hotel was in the perfect location. Easy to get to Time Square, Broadway, restaurants and bars. We even walked to Chinatown. Everyone was helpful and polite. We will definitely be back. "
