"No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements. "

"We booked 2 rooms for 2 separate nights in advance for three adults. The rooms were super tiny to a point where it was hard for us to fit our luggage. Smelled weird. At one of them AC didn’t work. Someone had to come fix it. Breakfast was VERY BAD. But my mane complain is how small the rooms were."

"For the price, it was exactly what I expected. The room next door was loud late at night, and I wish the staff would have noticed and said something to those guests. The entrance to the hotel could be cleaned up. There were a lot of people loitering there and it could be intimidating to some guests, especially older ones. "

"Lovely staff and very helpful. Located in a nice clean area and close to Times Square. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed (besides a broken iron but they gave us a new one!). Loved the vibes of the hotel as well and very decent price. Worth the stay and would come again!"
