I like the level of customer service that the staff provided. I loved the on site rooftop bar and the overall location of the property.

Everything was great about the hotel from the room to the view of the city that never sleeps. Beside two of the elevators being out at the time everything was perfect.

I was in New-York city , as we all know it is congested city and unnecessarily costly with less room space , no parking in hotel ($50 every day in paid parking garage).

First off the parking is $70 a night which is ridiculous I was able to find a parking garage for $45 a night with a couple minute walk distance after driving around for 2 hours. Then when I go to finally go to sleep my bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and had brown stains I talked to the service desk lady which had an attitude and she told me she couldn’t send anyone to change my sheets and that I will have to sleep on it until tomorrow for not asking for room service earlier mind you I was only there for 2 hours and outside trying to park my car the room key was just given to me it should of been cleaned. I kept telling her I was not sleeping in a nasty bed. With a big sigh she changed my whole room and put me on a different floor surely enough the bed sheet in that one had stains as if someone with dirty feet laid on there as well at this point I just wanted to go home. As well the hotel rooms are so tiny you barely have room to walk to one side of the bed to another. For $97 a night it’s not worth it save your money and use it on somewhere else.
