It was literally a 2 minute walk to Times Square therefore very central and close to shops and restaurants. A 10 second walk to the closest entrance to the subway. Staff were all friendly and welcoming as with almost all New Yorkers to be honest.

The handicapped assisted room was amazing. The house keeping lady very nice and friendly. The bar waiter for lunch was always so nice, food good and service fast. The hotel luggage people and arrive assisting luggage car people were always helpful with a smile! The front desk people not so much. The front desk people always seemed to be in general pissed off about something.

This was a perfect location for being close to theaters, Times Square and the subway, yet not right *in* the noise. Staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was lovely with even a little foot step to make shaving easier. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.
