"This was my 5th time in New York. Having stayed in various areas I'd say this area and hotel overall were my favourite. For such a busy time of year it was lovely to escape midtown and stay in a quieter less touristy area (even though I was the tourist). "Excellent full apartment space in the heart of the city. Super walkable to great restaurants, the subway, Wall St., and Whole Foods! The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my family. You really can’t find this kind of product at this price in NYC. We were in a 1 bedroom with an additional sleeping den, and it accommodated our whole family easily. "The staff, location, and comfort were amazing! Very nice helpful people. I went to the gym multiple times for about 30 minutes and each time an employee came in to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. I really liked being able to watch what was happening in times square from the room and we were central and within walking distance go nearly everything. The restaurant on site was delicious and the bartender was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was the floor in my room had strands...
