"No breakfast, it will lock your door when you entrance in your room, It requires to make a call to reception to release the lock. Not convenient."

"Perfect and convenient place to stay in Kumagaya. Our room was clean and serviced daily. Employees are very kind. Lots of great dining and shopping in close proximity. Highly recommend this place "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."
