Amazing Hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel. Front desk knew enough english to explain everything and included an English brochure to explain the hotel. The onsen was very nice and easy to access from the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall amazing experience for the value and would highly recommend going there. 10/10 I would come again

two stations are near by. there are prenty of restaurants, shoppings, cafes. The hotel itself is neat, clean, and nice hot spring bath. No sauna, no gym. The room I stayed was small but enough for one person to sleep and relax. Big TV screen with Netflix, CS & BS. One issue was not enough parking space in front of the hotel. If it's full, need to park near parking and move the car before 10:30am. (you need to pay after that)

The hotel is clean and well managed. The location looks a little odd at first but it is actually between the 2 main rail stations, and there are restaurants and even a shopping mall nearby. I always enjoy staying at SuperHotel and this one didn't disappoint.

Kawagoe-ing back here for sure!

The hotel has a fresh, clean but cool vibe with its eco-friendly theme. The evening male receptionist was nice and efficient. The room had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay, the multi-plug adapter was a big help. A dip in the relaxing onsen was a great way to end a fun day exploring the little Edo town. Breakfast was superb! The staff observed all safety protocols to ensure that guests are protected. Over-all, I had a wonderful time. I will choose this hotel when I come back.

The rooms were small. Very small. You can’t move around in there. Good thing we only stayed for 1 night. We stayed there to check out the old town. Waste of time. It’s basically about 2 blocks of stores and food was really bad. We tried the dango from 2 vendors and the ones at 7-11 are much better. Stay way from this area. We wasted a day here.
