Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated. Pillows were not stellar— but encountered similar style in Hokkaido, so maybe it’s just a thing here in Japan.

I learned the hotel was opened a month before our stay, the whole place was impeccable, from reception to every space in the room. Staff is super friendly, spoke good English and made us feel welcome. If we get the chance to travel to Tokyo this is where we will stay.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The laundry facility was convenient which made a longer stay much easier. The kitchen was clean, well equipped, and perfect for preparing meals. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

This was our first time staying in Ueno and our first time staying at a Monday hotel. We were a family of 7 (booked 2 separate rooms) and we loved our stay! Everything about it - the front desk staff, the room itself, housekeeping, closeness to train station, shopping, etc. - was amazing! Unfortunately our flight got cancelled/delayed 2 days due to Typhoon Jangmi, but the staff were able to help accommodate us for those 2 extra nights, which was really nice. Even if they couldn't, it would've been understandable. I highly recommend this specific hotel any day. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!!!
