The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁

スタッフの対応が迅速で素晴らしい。 子どもの添い寝は無料でした！ 朝食は、クロワッサンやチョコパン、炊き込みご飯、うどん、ご飯、納豆、ウィンナー、ナポリタン、卵焼き、ポテトサラダ、ブロッコリー、コーン、お漬物、金平ごぼう、コーンスープ、味噌汁、ポトフがあり無料なのに満足感のあるメニューでした！ 熊谷駅前だったので、徒歩圏内に居酒屋や映画館があり楽しい埼玉の旅行ができました！ 部屋も綺麗でした！

いつものように、ほぼ快適でした。一つだけ、同系の他ホテルのように、普通ゴミ用に加えてボトルやビニゴミ用に別に１個、専用ゴミ箱があればベターです。
