"When I arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed very nonchalant and didn’t appear to care much about my stay or concerns. The Wi-Fi was also down during my visit, and when I spoke to one of the associates downstairs, she said she had no idea what was going on and that guests simply couldn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi at the time. On the positive side, the hotel is in a wonderful location. It’s within walking distance of a Starbucks, which was great for getting coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, there were a few other downsides. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the floors appeared very dirty, as if they had not been properly mopped or maintained."

"Staff was polite and very helpful. The hot tub was a Godsend for achy backs. The breakfast bar had a wonderful selection of food options. The room had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and when I discovered my comb didn't make it into my luggage, the front desk supplied me with one so I can get ready for a wedding I was attending. A+ service!"
