The Space:
The stylish interior has been impeccably finished and features plush furnishings, modern appliances and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The studio boasts a modern kitchenette fully equipped to cook basic meals at home, as well as a desk for those that need to work and a smart Tv. High speed broadband is included in the studio. When it comes to sleep, there's a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom includes a powerful rainfall shower as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied at the start of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole private access to the studio.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is situated in the heart of the town, from which an array of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are all within easy walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the studio. Other nearby attractions include; Hastings Aquarium, Smugglers Adventure Caves, Hastings Castle, The True Crime Museum and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery. Hastings Train Station is also just a 5 minute walk away, with regular direct trains to central London within 90 minutes.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, all areas of the town are within walking distance. The train station is just 5 minutes away, with regular services to London and further afield.
There are also local bus routes servicing Hastings and linking local towns.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
