The home itself is absolutely beautiful — spacious, comfortable, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was accessible, and it felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.What made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts, Abbe and Jeff. They went above and beyond in every way. Abbe personally helped us find great local restaurants, guided us through arranging grocery delivery, checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and even helped us collect something we left behind upon our departure. Their communication, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding.We would enthusiastically recommend Orchard Hill Estate, and Abbe and Jeff as hosts, to anyone looking for a wonderful VRBO stay. "This property was a welcome surprise. The space inside the home and outside was more than expected. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and really quiet even when we had guests in every room of the home. Our two dogs loved the vast backyard to run and play in the leaves. Thank you for being accommodating and very responsive when we needed items."

"The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)"

"Had a great stay. We were traveling with loud kids and I was happy to find that the house including the pool were not near any neighbors to disturb. The country house is rustic and as described and had everything we needed including smart tvs, towels, and kitchen supplies and laundry. Host/management company were responsive and easy to get in contact with. We stayed 4 nights and a pool cleaner came by one day and another worker stopped by to pick something up. "
