"Hi Jim!We really did enjoy the house! It worked well for our family for sure. Lots of space, the kitchen is great, the downstairs fun and the family room cozy.A couple things:The faucet in the bathtub in the main floor bathroomhad a bit of a problem. Upon turning the water on, the whole thing almost like fell off, and pulled away from the wall. We only used that tub once.The french door out to the deck does not seem to lock. The dead bolt does not engage properly.The door to the main floor primary suite does not shut tightly. The door latch does not match into the door frame opening.We could have used an extra set of towels. It was fine though cuz we borrowed from the hot tub towels!Consider dish towels in the kitchen.Thanks for everything! You cannot beat this location and the views, even in during the off-season. Our family will never forget the memories at this cozy cottage, which had all the amenities we needed. "

"The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. "

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."
