"We rented this home for our large family while attending a wedding in Chatham. This property is magnificent! The vast kitchen island and fire pit areas were a gathering spot until very late at night. The barn is a really unique and special feature. Highest quality down to every detail, from the spectacular coffee bar area, construction finishes to the sheets/bedding/towels. A five star stay at a beautiful home. We will definitely return!"

"We had a great time with our family of adult children at this property. The home was very clean, well laid out and all was as described in the listing for the property. It had everything you would need to enjoy a vacation from the Kitchen, to the pool and hot tub to beach chairs and Umbrellas. The only thing I would point out is that while it is technically walkable to the beach, it is around a 20 minute walk and obviously you would not be doing that with a full load of beach items. But a quick few minutes drive to the Beach in a car was fine. Overall a very plesant stay."
