Room was nice however the heater fan in bathroom was loud and we stayed during winter and it was windy and all you could hear were the patio chairs blowing around and tipping over. Probably pretty nice in summer.

Great Service and Stay!

Had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves right from the point of check in with the very nice hotel receptionist that provided excellent service. She was very kind, patient, helpful and it set a great tone for the rest of our stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!

...a much needed pause. The Pelham House in Dennisport was a beautiful, peaceful Spring midweek respite for my husband and I. The location is breath taking along with the roof top bar and restaurant was fun and most a delicious dining experience as well. I highly recommend this amazing beach front property on Cape Cod...

The Pelhams view of the beach is gorgeous. Rooms are clean and neat and the Rooftop restaurants bar, drinks and brunch were delicious with a gorgeous view right on the water. They also have outdoor fire pits you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

We stayed for 3 nights after Christmas. It was very quiet and clean. The girl who checked us in was very kind to offer to help us carry our luggage up the steps to our room. It rained most of our stay but the room was comfortable and clean so we enjoyed the rest.

Wonderful property, great beach area, great view of the ocean lit a fire on the beach where the fire pits with wood and paper are located - great night for a fire. later in the evening told to put the fire out - something about getting permission - should probably have some signage around area regarding fires and usage. Not a huge deal

Very clean hotel. Nice pool area (thought it should be heated) with great views of the Atlantic. The rooms on the first floor are not sound proof from the rooms above them. Very new like.
