"This property was fabulous on all counts. It had great communal spaces for large groups to wine, dine, swim, and play games. It is a short walk to town and a longer but beautiful walk to the beach. Communication was quick and professional! I highly recommend this property!"

"We had a fabulous stay in Chatham! I was with 9 other women on a girls’ getaway. The location was perfect! We walked to town, several times and had drinks at Chatham Bars Inn, which was also within walking distance to the house. We spent an entire afternoon in bathing suits at lighthouse beach. The weather was perfect for sunbathing in late September! We made a big dinner our last night. Thank you, Paul, for quickly responding to my message about the grill. Much appreciated! Everyone was very pleased how it all worked out. We loved the spaciousness of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the backyard was perfect for corn hole! Thank you for everything! "
