The pictures looked nothing like the place. Was quite appalled at the condition of the outside. Rooms were clean, but smelled of cheap disinfectant. Luckily it was a quick overnight stay. Would not stay again.

We had an excellent stay at the Harborside suites! The location is great with lots to do around not only for adults but families too! The staff were very accommodating and friendly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Cozy and friendly

Townhouse style apartment. Very well maintained and cleaned. Wish they put a broom and dustpan in each unit because of the sand and dirt.

A place just to sleep

Overall our stay was okay - strictly just a place to sleep. Room was dirty and blinds were damaged - no shades so room was very bright at night. There was a weird smell throughout which was not from the room but the door had a gap letting air in as it was missing insulation. Staff was friendly but there was certainly a remodel going on.

Old and outdated. Strange odor. Door knob and lock set did not work properly and you struggled to lock and unlock it. Dumpster was 20 ft from the door and it stunk. Sheets were ripped and the mattress was stained. No counter space we had to leave everything on the floor.

When we got there the room seemed nice, and then little by little it just got worse and worse. When asked for extra pillows and sheet i got questioned on why i would need more, didnt even want to mention that there was a stain that looked like blood on the other sheets. One ofnthe steps was broken. And worst of all was the lock to the door stopped working at one point. When the owner came to fix it he laughed about the situation. All we could think about is what would happen if we came back late and the door wouldnt work again who would help us because there office closes at 9pm. Just overall a terrible experience.

The only thing this hotel had going for it was its location. The photos shown on Expedia did not live up to what my accommodations were. No housekeeping. When you needed towels you were told at check in to bring your used towels to the front office to receive clean ones. The front desk opened at 9:00 am and even then you had to text them if you needed anything or when you checked out. The place is under construction and by the quality of the work they are doing it themselves. The room I had certainly was not one that was renovated. The grounds had trash and debris everywhere. The room was sparsely furnished and what was in my room must have come from thrift stores. I will not recommend this place to anyone or stay there again.

Pros: Its a perfect location if you are alone. Our room had a kitchen. Everything is close. Across the street is a diner that closes at 2pm. Mini golf down the road and a water park. Cons: Some people live there so they look at you as if you are entering there home. They very carefully watch what you bring in to your hotel room. Overall: I would travel there alone. The kitchen is helpful
