"This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad."

"Cute. Very quiet. The off street parking is a great perk in Seattle! Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Great shower. The only minor inconvenience was the low ceiling height to the members of our party over 6'. But otherwise a great stay."

"We came to Seattle with friends to see the 5 Trolls in the area . This house was a good location for traveling to Bainbridge Island, Vashon Island & West Seattle. Very clean and comfortable. Bath products & bed lines were very nice Easy to check in & leave. We would stay here again"

"Very reasonable rates, a quiet little corner of the city, literally minutes from I 5 so that/s your ticket to everything. Hostess was quick to respond to all emails, clear instructions, no special hoops to jump through for cleaning, this place was the bomb!"

"The neighborhood felt safe and is an easy walk to Woodland Park. Garage is a tight squeeze for bigger vehicles, but there is plenty of off street parking available. Street is quiet, but traffic from nearby highway and busier streets can be heard. The property interior was very clean, modern and well appointed. I thought the kitchen was adequately stocked. Had lots of tools and spices, but no pizza or sheet pans and no large bowls (for salad). We made do with creative substitutions. Well stocked...

"Bright and airy townhouse in very walkable neighborhood and close to UW. Comfortable beds, nice rooftop patio and thoughtfully appointed. Would stay again, thanks!"

"Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated."

"Easy check in. Property owner was very responsive to my messages. She would follow up on our stay if we needed anything. Myself and my family love the house. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Only thing downside may be just for my stay was that the house did not had AC during my stay and top floor was hot until early morning, but was provided with fans"

"A little hard to find, but what a gem! Wonderful location with a view of the water. Close enough to walk to an amazing coffee/donut shop Top Pot. Very clean and plenty of space. Great and easy communication with the owner. Thank you so much!!"
