Great Ballard Location

We would stay here again. Enjoyed the great rooftop views even got to see the airshow Blue Angels. Well equipped kitchen with a gas oven which is rare in many rentals.

Great Townhouse in Ballard

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice townhouse in Ballard. It is very modern and spacious with 3 levels, including a really nice kitchen and living room area, a very nice main bedroom, and great views from the deck.

Fantanstic views and location

We bad a wonderful time in this home. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds. Parking was a little tricky for is since we are from the midwest but we got it all figured out very quickly. The location was great for the activities we had planned. If you have not been to the aquarium, it is a must see! The host was very responsive and I would 100% stay in this lovely home again.

Nice Town Home in Seattle

Great town home. The Ballard neighborhood of Seattle is quiet, relaxing, close enough to drive to the city, but far enough to be away from the city noise and traffic. Communication was fast and easy with the owner. The only negative is the neighborhood parking is haeavy, but that howbitnid all over Seattle. Woukd stayvhere again.

We had a little hard time finding the home. It is behind a gate. When we did the home was beautiful! Everything was clean and as pictured. There were many extras, only needed to buy stuff for dinner. The roof top view is fantastic.

We spent nearly a week in Karen's lovely townhome, while we had work done on our home in Seattle. Our stay was perfect! The place is exactly as in the photos, except nicer. Extra clean, super well-stocked kitchen, spacious primary bedroom/bathroom, awesome rooftop deck with views! Communication was great, check in and out was easy, neighbors were quiet, and downtown Ballard is very close, with all its great night life. 5+*

Absolutely Lovely!

This may be our favorite rental we’ve ever stayed at! We’ve stayed in Ballard before so we knew we liked the area. This rental was within walking distance to quite a bit while still feeling like it was in a quiet neighborhood. The townhome itself was very clean, modern, and well thought out. Plenty of room for our young son to play without too many knickknacks. Highly recommended for families! Rooftop deck was great, we enjoyed relaxing there after busy days. All in all, very impressed by this place and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Ballard

I stayed with my family and friends for a memorial ceremony weekend. The house was the prefect distance away from downtown. It was quiet, clean, and spacious for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck. The beautiful sunsets and spent a weekend together celebrating my husbands life. I would come back to this location in a heartbeat! I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality. This home is gorgeous!!

Ballard visit

Visiting family in the area. The townhouse was perfect for us 4 adults. Significantly clean! Very comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, great location for short walks to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything functional and easy to use, especially appreciated washer/dryer and owner provided laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Very “turnkey” experience. Alll four of us had a great stay, enough room/ privacy for those who had some remote office work to do too. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Karen and Joe!

A Ballard Beauty

For an absolutely perfect stay in Ballard/Seattle, please consider this property. The owner/managers are wonderful - so professional and focused on providing a great experience. The property is heaven: spacious, perfectly outfitted three story with a rooftop deck. It's immaculate, cozy and you won't want to leave. Ballard townhouse

The townhouse was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and very big. It was more than what my husband and I needed but it was in the perfect location for us and it was available on short notice since we had a last minute change of plans. It would be ideal for a larger group, as there were 3 bedrooms and the kitchen was wonderful and would be perfect if the group decided to eat in for any meals. The only downside was the parking but the owners made it clear in the listing that there was only street parking and you may have to park 1-2 blocks away. We always got back to the townhouse between 7-9 pm and often we had to drive around for 10 min before we found parking. Again, that was explained in the listing but it was frustrating at times. There is a driveway available to use for unloading and loading the car which was helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic townhouse !

We had such a great stay here. Everything was so clean, nice, and new. Plenty of dishware, utensils, and cookware which is often an issue at other places. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice, particularly the primary bedroom. Washer/dryer was a bonus with kids. Rooftop deck was amazing especially with a cup of coffee in the early morning when it was sunny and cool. Owners were also so thoughtful about the little things (lots of towels, boxes of tissues, plenty of condiments/spices, soap/shampoo, nice assortment of tea and coffee, etc.). Location was near some nice parks and was great for jogging in a quiet residential neighborhood. Street parking was never an issue - always able to find a spot within a block. We experienced a few hot days during our stay so the only negative was the lack of a/c on the 2nd level. There are a/c room units on the first floor (tv room, kitchen) and the 3rd floor (primary bedroom) but none on the 2nd floor so even when you turn both all the way up the 2nd floor was still warm. They should consider adding a unit on the 2nd floor or getting a portable a/c unit for that floor.
