正好去杭州浙大办事 所以订了这家 酒店的地理位置比较适合单独玩西溪的朋友们 如果要去市中心那么还是要有点距离的（uber大概15来块，最近有折扣啊！） 酒店是集团一部分 看了介绍觉得老板生意做的挺大的。这家酒店被定义为boutique hotel（最近精品酒店也真的是太主流） 接下来讲一下本身 一走进lobby 香味扑鼻 打勾 因为下雨 有服务生主动上前问好并帮忙收伞装袋 打勾 办理check in 还是非常快的 打勾 被分配到什么房间就要看运气了 每一次入住酒店都会很期待第一眼感觉 刷卡进入 房间风格呈现东南亚风格 床 洗手间等我最挑剔的地方都是满分的 枕头可选 席梦思感觉有30公分高了，被子应该是鸭绒的吧？一切都打勾 浴缸附带泡泡浴 浴盐 小黄鸭 和定制手皂，贴心！另外，酒店还有免费的穿梭巴士到灵隐寺和一些景点 提前一天和前台预约就好了！ 说点小遗憾：1.自助餐是拖后腿中的拖后腿，如果不做西餐这一块也至少把中餐这部分做好啊 真的不行啊！连热牛奶都不是鲜奶的味道喔 2. 酒店新开 家具还是有一些味道 14点入住后直到22点实在有点受不了才和前台联系想找些解决方案 前台也挺聪明先是说来喷喷空气清新剂忽悠我 又不是烟味 不断有味道释放出来的 随后估计也忽悠不过我 只能答应我换房 看了两间 6楼的一间一进门就知道不行了 结果被免费升级 多谢了 升级的那间可能是能对吹风的房型 真的没什么味道。3，洗浴产品应该更高逼格一点，不过如果以环保为名义 我就不多说了。毕竟长住酒店，还是自带洗发沐浴的。4，空调是咋回事？温度下不来。

酒店很新，新到地毯都有一股很新的味道。周边环境很好适合跑步只是到商业区稍远要打30元车。

Good new hotel but location is misleading
I booked the hotel because Expedia shows it at a location that is really close to Xihu. However, when I arrived, I realized it is not close to Xihu whatsoever. Expedia's map is completely off. To go to Xihu, taxi will cost at least 20-30 RMB. The location is not the best for tourists. Other than the location, the hotel is great. Nice looking room with comfy bed. Hotel managers are very helpful. Junior staff are too inexperienced tho, but I believe the service will get better once the staff get more experience.
