If you were going to the races, excellent and convenient from the motorway. Restaurant looked like a canteen, not very inspiring, main menu stopped at 9pm although you could get food after that. Breakfast not great, no fresh fruit, no freshly cooked eggs, staff not especially helpful when I asked about the waffle machine. It would have been nice to have had a warning that it was about to close to give us a chance to get another coffee. No information in the room about times for restaurant or checkout.

Really upmarket experience. Three EV chargers in car park added bonus. Drive to Glasgow city centre was around 10 mins. Breakfast was amazing will always recommend.

What a lovely hotel, very modern and obviously very new. The staff were first class, from the minute we checked in to the minute we left, nothing was a problem and everybody was so friendly. Can highly recommend staying at this hotel and it will certainly be our go to hotel when we are back this way. Thanks to all the staff.

Perfect place for those who want a peaceful place
It was in a very peaceful and quiet location, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, I rested very well. The breakfast was very good, I was very satisfied, I would definitely choose it again. In the area, where you can easily stay by car, there are many charging points for electric vehicles in the car park.

The staff were fantastic - helpful and the room was perfect! It was very clean, comfy bed and great hot water for the shower. Had a yummy dinner that was fast, tasty and good portion. We will be back.

Nice hotel spoiled by dogs
spoiled by dogs being allowed to lie on sofas in the lounge areas. Very unhygienic and also dog hairs left on the sofas. we also saw a dog being allowed by its master to pee against a sofa edge. This is a nice hotel spoiled by some abuse by dog owners.

If you don’t get a room at the lift side be aware that you are almost guaranteed to get a nice cold shower… told staff and they were not really helpful….just said the boiler was flat out… all your really looking for is a nice bed and a hot shower and unfortunately they could not meet this minimum expectation….breakfast not enough bacon at 9am had to wait 30mins before it was topped up they know it’s busy times so you would of thought it would have been ready…..

A great hotel with clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff and a nice bar/restaurant. Hot breakfast ( included ) was pretty good too. Hotels has many comfortable spaces to sit in the lobby and enjoy a cup of coffee or drink.

Carpet in the rooms had brown/ yellow stains- otherwise clean Toilets very clean In the gym- unfortunately no wipes for the equipments A gym mat for the floor would be nice 😊 A gym ball to do back and abdom exercises There’s always water and fresh towels… very nice 😊

Good but basic hotel
Good hotel but very very basic, there was no fridge in the room and the bathroom was a wet room but the floor didn’t drain all into the shower causing lots of water to build up under the sink and toilet. Meaning you couldn’t go to loo without getting feet wet. It is a dog friendly hotel but dogs are not allowed in the table area. So if you want food you have to eat it off a coffee table. Breakfast was a bit of a joke with not enough tables for all guests. Regularly happened causibg bedlam and people having to take food back to room.
