"We had an unexpected stay at this hotel due to a ferry cancellation, it turned out to be a very positive experience. When we arrived, there was an issue with a double-booked room, which was clearly a system error. However, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently explained everything to us. They quickly arranged an alternative room for our stay. Although housekeeping had already finished for the day, the hotel went the extra mile by calling staff back to prepare the room for us. We really appreciated the effort and care they showed under the circumstances. Given the situation, we were very satisfied with the service and would definitely consider staying here again."

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend April 17 - 19 2026. Great ocean view rooms up on the upper floor. Friendly staff and front desk workers. Unfortunately the coffee machine wasn’t working in the lobby, but there was Gourmet Girl Cafe a 5 minute walk which was helpful. Clean rooms and beautiful ocean views."

"We got stuck in the area after the ferries were cancelled and lucked into a one night stay here, and now we can’t wait to come back. They were so sweet and helpful receiving unexpected guests. They went out of their way to accommodate us and help us relax. And wow it’s so beautiful. I went birding first thing and there was so many birds. I could see eagles and seals from our room. It is truly stunning, but I still think the staff were my favourite part!"

"Great location in downtown Gibsons just a block from the marina and sea walk. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Twelve minutes from the ferry terminal. The units have comfortable beds; lots of towels; the basic cooking pans, utensils and silverware for meal prep. There is an elevator, guest laundry and easy parking on site. The staff was great and communications excellent. We ended up staying a couple different times over the course of our travels to the Sunshine Coast. 3 different units. All fine. Would definitely recommend."
