"This property is clean and quiet but not beachside. You can walk to beach in 15 to 20 minutes on a sidewalk, or drive 5 minutes. Home is located in nice neighborhood with a great dog park right across the road. Port Dover is a lovely and friendly town. Host is accessible for questions. "

"Overall a good time. Home is as advertised on the lake with access to water. Good deal for cost. Inside was clean but outside maybe needs to be hosed down a bit as the whole house had cobwebs and dead bugs on it. You will need to get your own firewood just 2 mins walk but that's ok. The barbecue ran out of propane so we did not barbecue the second night though I think there was another tank, though we did not feel comfortable changing it. There were lots of dead fish on the beach but this is not the owners fault or anything, I think pollution is causing lake Erie to warm and fish to die. Great"
"Quite satisfied for price. Neat, clean. Traditional motel style of 2 beds (queen), TV, bathroom, small fridge and microwave. Table in nook with chairs. Sadly, no coffee maker in room and none at office either. Need to drive to get morning coffee! "
