Immaculately clean, good heating in late autumn, having a washing machine in the middle of our 15 day vacation was a dream. However, we had to climb 40 steps to the apartment with luggage to get to the apartment, so be forewarned if you’re not physically fit!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead bug bodies in the apartment. However, property manager showed an irresponsible attitude and claimed that this is ‘normal’ in Hakone (which is ridiculous, this is not my first time visiting Hakone). The property manager told us to buy insect spray from convenient store and handle the insect problem by ourselves. What an irresponsible response! The property locates beside a BBQ restaurant which operates till midnight, so please expect a strong oily smell. The location is close to railway. You will hear the noise from the train inside the property. I strongly recommend Expedia to remove this property from its platform and ban this property management company permanently in order to safeguard the reputation of Expedia and benefit of customers.

施設の見た目は年季が有りますが、中はリフォームされていて、綺麗でした。 蚊の多さと、2階に蟻が居ることに驚きです。 楽しめたので、有りだと思います。
