"After a few busy days in Tokyo, it was a nice change of pace to be in Hakodate. The hotel is in a great location that’s walking distance from the train station. And also to the brick warehouse shopping area and fish market. We also used the onsen at the hotel. It’s included in your stay. It was our very first time for our family. We didn’t know there was a little tote bag we could take up with us to the onsen. Also remember to bring a towel from your room. I wanted to book a massage but it was fully booked. You have to pay separately for the massage. Rates were very reasonable. Plan ahead next time. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was excellent. They are famous for the seafood parfait with ikura, shrimp, salmon, tuna. There’s also Wagyu too at the breakfast. Definitely worth it for around $23 usd per person. We would definitely come back again."

"Perfect location, 20 min cab ride from airport or adjacent to the JR station. The room was spacious and clean. The upstairs bar was perfect at sunset and the drinks were amazing with kind, attentive staff. Can’t beat the location to the morning fish market, the warehouse, and the seemingly new yokocho by the train station. Drugstore/souvenir shop in the building as well as some eateries."

"A very pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly, efficient staff. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning scheduled every 3 days, although towels replaced daily if requested. Aircon was set for the whole hotel, so not adjustable in your room. The temperature was ok, but I found it a little warm when in bed and couldn't open the window to let any cool air in either. Overall though, good value and recommended."

"Definitely recommend this hotel! Planning to stay here again when visiting again. The Onsen is surreal at night especially if you get the side of the water & city. So lovely!! It’s also extremely close to the station & market(which you can get free meal tickets for!)😊😊"
