Overall property condition is pretty new and very clean, bathroom is a bit small but setup very creatively to maximize space utilization. Location is close to tram tracks, so can be a bit noisy. Room has a washer only, no dryer, limited hangers to dry clothes maybe provide a foldable drying rack so that guests can put it out on the balcony in the summer or in the room as the room is pretty spacious (we have kids so we have more clothes to wash)

乳幼児を連れての1泊でした。 室内はとても綺麗で、洗濯機もありました(１回分の洗剤付き) 少し離れたところにコンビニがあります。 チェックイン時、鍵の受け取りにかなり手間取りましたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。

3泊連泊しました。 パジャマも大人用はついてたし、連泊分のタオルや水もありよかったです。 洗濯機、乾燥機、洗濯洗剤もついててファミリーで泊まるのにとても役立ちました！ あと、マッサージチェアは疲れた体を癒すことができてめちゃめちゃよかったです☆ ほしいものを言うと、洗濯物を干すハンガーなど、掃除機、寝室のところにドアがあるとファミリーにはもっと嬉しいと思います。 ゆっくり自由に過ごすことができてよかったです！
